Questions and Answers

Triangle

Q:   Can I perform the Triangle by myself if I don’t have a partner?

A:    If no one is available with whom to work directly, an absent partner can be visualized on the other side of the baseline of the Triangle, but only if that person's permission to participate in this way has been granted. It is assumed that the partner accepts the Hi C as the only reliable guide so that both sides of the Triangle can be a solid line of light. Phyllis Krystal gives permission to use her as the person on the other side of the Triangle. It helps to use one of the tapes or the Work Book for Cutting the Ties That Bind that has the exercises in it.

Q:    Can we visualize the Triangle throughout the day?

A:    Yes. If you can remember to do so it is very helpful to keep contact with the Hi C.

Q:    A friend and I discussed working together on the triangle. Although I have used the work for years, I have never been someone’s triangle partner who is brand new to the work. Since her personal situation is well known to me, I am concerned whether my monkey mind will shut down enough for the Hi C to give the answers. How can I be sure that my opinions are silenced and the Hi C is indeed doing the talking? Also, I wonder whether the two of us should work off the Maypole rather than the triangle.

A:    It is a matter of trust, as in surrender, trust and accept. You can also ask for a sign to let you know when the ideas are from the Hi C. The Maypole is for working with more than two people.

Q:   How do you work for another person? What do you visualize on the triangle?

A:   You would set up a triangle with a partner, either physically present or at a distance. Then ask the Hi C, which is common to both of you, to send down each side of the triangle into each of you whatever the person needs. You then direct it to him or her. You can also imagine the person between the two of you on the base of the triangle and immediately below the Hi C, with a dotted or broken line connecting him or her to the Hi C. Whatever is needed will be received if the person is willing.

Q:    If you practice the Triangle to get help for somebody, should the energy flow directly from the Hi C to the needy or flow from the Hi C through me to that person?

A:    You can practice the Triangle with a partner and visualize the person in need of help between you and connected to the Hi C with a broken line. Or you can visualize the needy person at the opposite side of the Triangle with a dotted line to the Hi C. Then you ask the Hi C for help and you direct it across to the person who needs it.
