Warm greetings to everyone who will receive this message,...

Now that I have lived in Munich for almost one year, as I moved here from California last June 1st, I can speak from experience that everything daily convinces me that this was definitely the right move at the right time. However, I could not possibly have foreseen how extremely busy I would be, not only giving seminars in so many different countries and cities, but also working with individuals who come to Munich from many areas in Europe.

Many people have been willing to use the work to become free from the restriction or control by anyone or anything outside of themselves. That would include parents and other family members, partners and any others who try to control the way they live, and in addition, old negative habits, customs and other restraints that prevent them from being free to allow the Hi C to use them as instruments.

I keep repeating that the work appears to be constantly exploding and reaching more and more people. That in itself is proof of its validity. It is also a constant reminder of a message I received many years ago, when the method was in its early infancy, that it must reach as many people in the world as possible. But, at that time, such a message overwhelmed me. "How could that ever be accomplished?," I asked myself. But now, with the help of increasing numbers of others, I can begin to see that it is, indeed, actually happening. With its regular practice, more and more people are being offered the opportunity to cut the ties to their past and often very restricting patterns and move into a new and much freer way of life as instruments of the Hi C. Hopefully, they will be part of a rising army or congregation which will lead the world to a new and more joyful life. In this way, we are being given a chance to become part of the cure of the ills of the world instead of part of the cause.

Consequently, it is obviously time to give the work a more clear-cut form or structure, so to this end, nine of us in Munich met to discuss the advisability of forming an Institute. It was an amazingly peaceful and flowing meeting, with each one providing a valuable contribution and achieving a unanimous decision to proceed with the formation of an institute to carry the work into the future. So, now, a new institute has been formed and legalized to outline the method, protect its correct use and offer training for newcomers and supervision for people who are using the method, not only for their own personal development, but also to encourage others to follow their lead by helping them to remove the many obstacles to their growth and freedom from past control by many different factors.

Many times I have been shown that it is a useless waste of our time and energy to blame or complain about the negative world situations. It is the way it is because of the negative way so many people have lived for the past many centuries. For the world is composed of countless individuals and can be changed only by the inhabitants. So, when more and more are willing to change themselves and become more positive can any changes in the outer world take place.

There will be a second meeting to outline the way this can be put into practice, as soon as we can find a date in each of our busy schedules when we can all meet again. The result of this meeting will be posted on my Web sites as soon as it has been finalized. We will open it to membership to all who are interested in participating.

I am delighted to be able to announce this new phase of the work and hope many people will be interested in taking advantage of this opportunity to learn more ways to help themselves as well as offer their help to others.

I wish all of you a new and free way of life as instruments of the Hi C and look forward to meeting as many of you as possible.
